The Process
The process to enable us to produce a product you will be proud to present to your clients or family is quite straight forward.
We will make suggestions and help you out if you have any questions with how you want your project set up, what themes would be best, which type of music to use, which picture quality is best, how to go about gathering the proper pictures and videos to make the greatest impact. If you have any questions at all, we will guide you through the process with help and information along the way. We are here to produce a high quality product you will be proud to show to clients, family and friends. So, even if you don't know where to start, we will be happy to help you get started.
We have a large selection of music that suit most corporate or personal events or needs. If you are unsure of what music to use, we will help you make selections. Additionally we can also personalize your project by selecting individual background styles and adding special graphics, We will also be adding transitions and possibly special effects where we see it will add the most impact to your viewing audience.
Get your pictures, negatives, slides, VHS, video clips together and either put them in the order you wish to see them on the finished product, or if you want them placed randomly on your DVD or CD , then just gather them up. If you don't have a scanner to scan pictures, we will do that for you. If you only have negatives or slides we will scan those for you to produce the pictures for your project. If you wish a company logo or family crest added, please be sure to include it.
In the case of calendars or luggage tags, we will need the pictures and details of how you want them done in the item. Calendars can have either 13 pictures - one for the front of the calendar and then one for each month, or one main one if you want a 12 month calendar on one page. Should you wish to have several photos blended, bring or send them along, we will also require a list of special dates and comments for those dates if you want them included in the calendar.
Either call and make an appointment to meet with one of our representatives, we can also go to your location if it is within the geographical area of our offices. Or if you are farther away, call us and make arrangements to ship your items to us.
When we meet with you or receive your items, we will review them and give you a price before the project begins, in this way you know exactly what the end product will cost before we begin. Additional costs will only be incurred if you add anything once we have begun working on your project.
The prices page will give you a guideline as to our packages, and we will let you know if there will be any additional costs for specialized items you may require in your project.
Most packages will be completed and returned to you within 7 to 10 business days, however in the case of special funeral tributes, we will accommodate a faster turn around time without additional cost.
Payment: If we meet you in person, the cost of half the package you chose is due at the time of the order and the other half will be due when you pickup your finished product. The initial half payment of the retaining fee is a NON REFUNDABLE fee. It shall be deemed as damages fees in the event of a breach of contract by client. Full payment is due for orders over the phone or online. If preferred, we can bill you through PayPal.
We begin production as soon as payment is received. If payment is given in the form of a cheque, we will begin once the cheque clears. Any bank charges incurred due to returned checks will be charged to the client along with a $20 insufficient funds fee. Package pricing pricing does not include special delivery or courier costs if you wish to have your product returned in this manner, we will add the delivery cost to the price of the package.
